Post 41- -B-ook of The End, Part 1 :D

This is the second section of the manuscript, headed by section lead Bring Forth Brutality.

Bring Forth Brutality

Bring forth brutality to usher in
The next stage of my life
Which thus far
Was not nearly as
Violent
As I would wish.

Bring forth brutality
On the tips of
Blood-battered spears,
On the wings of shield
And arrow.

Tear down the peaceful urge and
Let me
Be taken deeper,
To baser metals,
Where the strength of my fist answers to none.

I will curb my appetite
That pension
For torture
When I

Bring Forth Brutality

Blaze

Ravish it
Purge it
Let that
Brightness
Die in their eyes.

There was a child

Recently

Who did not run from me
When I scalded the flesh
From her parent's bones.

I rewarded her with
Those same bleached logs
And sent her out into the world
Knowing only how it must burn.

Who else but a child could be trusted with no morality?

Bound

When a man is held,
Bound to rope and shackle,
He admits his guilt.

Lust for life is never-ending
Forever unappeased.

Few are ready to pass beneath
The wooden scaffold,
And fewer desire to burn it down
Than save their Precious existence.

But I bore no ill will to captors and executioners,
Befriended no knaves or scoundrels.

You may find me disagreeable,
But the satisfaction of a man's
Truthful and dead
Gaze
Looking into yours
Is a wondrous thing.

Calming.
A softening of mutual understanding.

Blight

Nature's trial
Finds its match in

The Blight

When Land
And Sea
Corrode and decay;
Mountains simmer to day heat
Cities bathe their inhabitants in
Soot-distilled air.

Such dark premonitions feign to reveal
The sense of knowing only
The Blight,
Having lived in it,
Desired anything
But
It.

You may find
More
In those bloody visions than pain,
Only to discover how very probable
Such a thing can be.

And let that distress
Slow
Down
Your
Speedy pointlessness
Heading in the wrong direction.

Treasure
Your life.

Enjoy!
